The system uses GRP sheets (5mm) in approx. 1.2m x 1.2m pieces, we then bond 20mm Brick slips (Bricks taken from site and cut) to the surface using a Polyurethane Glue which has extremely high pull resistance but retains some elasticity to allow any expansion/contraction in the brickwork.
The brick panels are 'dog-toothed' together to allow them in interlock through the mortar joints rather than along a Brick face.
The back of the panels are reinforced with 75mm x 12mm Marine Ply strips to strengthen the panel whilst being transported/fixed. These also allow an excellent fixing point.

The panel is then fixed back to a timber/metal frame that has been clad in ply and covered in a breathable membrane (such as Tyvek) using stainless Steel Screw and washers.
This system is used where insulation is used within the timber frame.
